- Firstly, in a large vessel take water. add 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp oil. get the water to a rolling boil.
- Now add 2 pack noodles and dip completely. boil for 1 - 1:20 minutes only, or refer to package instructions to know the cooking time.
- Separate the noodles and drain off. rinse with cold water for 30 - 40 seconds to stop cooking and turning noodles mushy. And apply 1 spoon oil to rinsed noodles
- Now, in a large wok, heat 2 tbsp oil in high flame and stir fry garlic, ginger and few spring onion and Onion. Fry till golden.
- Add capsicum, carrot and cup cabbage. Stir fry until the vegetables shrink yet remain crunchy. All continue in high flame
- Then on low flame, Add boiled noodles (make sure add noodles part by part not full together, so that it will be easy to mix them well with sauces) and over noodles add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt as per taste give a good toss.
- In medium flame for 1 min, toss it well and then add more spring onions (optional) and serve hot.
- Note:- you can add more sauces as per choice and veggies
